1. Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have 7 business days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in new condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Not belong to non-returnable product categories for hygiene or safety reasons (such as intimate items, sanitary products, perishables, or sealed items), unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect

3. How to Return a Product

    • Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase

🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or a defective product.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for compliance.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be issued:
    • To the original payment method
    • Or as a store credit
    • Within a maximum of 7 to 10 business days

❗If the product is found to be opened, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to decline the refund and contact you with a suitable solution.

5. Non-Refundable Products

  • Discounted, customized, or promotional products are only refundable in the event of a proven defect
  • Health-regulated items (such as medications, hygiene products, etc.) can only be returned if they are faulty
